Setting up my Terms & Conditions

You are able to add your business terms & conditions to the system.  Typically your terms will include:

  • Cancellation policy
  • Refund policy
  • General rules for booking

To add to the system, navigate to Setup - Business Information - Terms & Conditions.  

Enter the text on this page.  There is no limit to how much you can enter in the box.


Any text entered in this section will show to your customer when they booking online using the booking calendar.  Customers must select that they accept the terms before the system will allow them to Book.
