When setting up your products in the system you'll get the opportunity to give each product a Name and a Description.
The name and short description of the product will be shown to the customer when making a booking through the online booking calendar.
To add the name and description to your products, go to Setup - Products & Reservation Rules - Add Product.
In addition to the name and description, this section also allows you to decide if you want to include this product in your list on the booking calendar. The default answer is Yes, but if you have a product that you don't want to show on the calendar and manage its bookings only on the backend using Frontdesk or if you are taking it out of inventory for a while, then select "No" where is says "Show in booking calendar".
